In-Season Training: Competitive Advantage High Performance Training
The Friday CA USA Conditioning and USA Team positional training are run at the same time for a reason. The positional athletes will participate in both on Friday's as we identify what areas need to be worked on. Example: footspeed, endurance, strength.
All athletes not in a specialized positions should plan to attend Competitve Advantage USA Conditioning on Friday's and All Skills Clinics as they are listed.
