Dennis Murphy

Why I coach:
There are many reasons why I coach; love of the game, the competition, or the comradely. These are all good reasons to coach, but I have learned more about life and what it takes to succeed in life from this game than I have from any other sport, activity, or class I have ever experienced.  For that reason I have a passion and a drive for the game that has not begun to burn out even after 14 years of coaching. The experiences that I have gained from volleyball have shaped me into the person I am today and are the same messages that I want to pass onto my players.
