Why are we posting this information? Basically, it seems to be a well kept secret in the volleyball community about how much it REALLY costs to play club volleyball. At NKYVC we want our membership and the public to see what it really costs to play on a NKYVC club (travel) team. The below spreadsheets reflect the TOTAL amount paid to NKYVC per player by team. Why is this important? As our customer you need to know exactly what you are getting for your investment AND how that compares to other programs around the Greater Cincinnati area. Every year, NKYVC carries a nationally competitive schedule composed of 8 to 11 of the finest, high level events for our teams to choose from. We have a SIMPLE PHILOSOPHY.......you must play the best-to be the best, so we seek out the best competition for the investment while staying sensitive to travel costs. As a result of excellent training and balanced competition schedules the following results can be measured:
Offering excellent value for your investment is a core principle at NKYVC. There are 2 parts to the payment structure at NKYVC: 1). Club Base Fees 2). Additional Expenses. Both are defined and itemized below. Pay particular attention to the amount of tournaments and the level of tournaments listed for each team. The club is structured this way to ensure that each team pays for the schedule that the coach/parents/players put together. It also ensures NO team is paying for another team's schedule-which can happen in a flat fee structure. That is why there are different total amounts for each team. Club Fees are due by the end of January and are made in 3 payments. Additional expenses are paid monthly as they are incurred (pay as you go/use). This helps families budget for the season instead of paying for everything up front or early in the season. NKYVC CLUB BASE FEES DEFINED:
