SET-UP YOUR ACCOUNT AND ON-LINE REGISTRATION

• 11U-18U Training Team Program FEE is $375.00
• A PRE-SEASON PARENT MEETING WILL BE HELD ON SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 26th AT THE MARQUISE EVENT CENTER ADJACENT TO TOWN & COUNTRY FROM 6:30 - 8:00 P.M.
• ALL SESSIONS BEGIN WEDNESDAY MARCH 14th, 2012.
• Registration acceptance is based on receipt of waiver and payment not on-line registration.
• All practices will be held at Town & Country Sports Complex: 1018 Town Drive, Wilder, KY (AA Hwy exit off 275)

• NKYVC TRAINING TEAMS DO NOT REQUIRE A TRYOUT-THIS PROGRAM FILLS QUICKLY FOR ALL AGE DIVISIONS SO DON'T DELAY.

The training team program is a fundamental training environment that covers the same skills and drills as the USAV teams. The applicants are age & skill divided which means that each skill court will move at a different pace and intensity but will cover the same skills and drills for training continuity. Movement to different skill courts should be expected as athletes increase their skill levels. This is a high paced, high repetition environment focusing on skill correction and execution to master each of the core skills-in addition there is game play drilling and competition to learn the why, when and where of offense, defense, freeball systems in a match setting.

NKYVC developed this program for several reasons:

• Provide a vehicle for those individuals wanting to continue their volleyball skill progression outside the normal school season but could not for various reasons commit to a USAV schedule.
• Not everyone makes a USAV team in Greater Cincinnati-the training team program ensures every player that trys out for NKYVC or any other club has the opportunity to get excellent volleyball skills training.
• Provide an introduction to NKYVC methods and training for the brand new volleyball athlete or someone who is considering trying out for USAV teams.
• Develop a pipeline of trained athletes to our USAV teams. If one of our USAV rosters is short players we look to the training teams first to fill that position.
• Provide a training ground for new NKYVC coaches to learn NKYVC training methods and be mentored prior to coaching a USAV team.

Membership fees are ($375.00) and include the following:

• Coaching- All training will follow the same fundamental teaching as USAV practices and teams
• 2 (1 1/2 hour) practices a week-1 during the week and 1 on the weekend
• NKYVC T-shirt
• Club cost for all scheduled mini-clinics directed by Lead Coaches and Outside Presenters
• All sessions will be held at the NKYVC practice facililty located at Town & Country Sports
• Participation in NKYVC BBQ & Play Day held end of May
