POSITIONAL TRAINING is for NKYVC USA Team members only. Your coach will identify who should attend the specialized position training prior to the sessions. The positionals are very specific training for these positions and are not run in a clinic format for the masses. All athletes NOT in a specialized position should attend the ALL SKILLS clinics in January and February to enhance their entire game. The Friday Competitive Advantage USA Conditioning and USA Team positional training are run at the same time for a reason. The positional athletes will participate in both on Friday's as we identify what areas need to be worked on. Example: footspeed, endurance, strength. All athletes not in one of the specialized positions should plan to attend Competitive Advantage USA Conditioning on Friday's and All Skills Clinics as they are listed below.
WINTER CLINICS are for NKYVC USA team members unless otherwise indicated. These clinics have no charge. Check back frequently for additions, updates and changes!! All winter clinics are optional. More clinics will be added shortly for January-February.
