Is your club volleyball season ending? Need to prepare for your school tryouts? Want a competitive edge or need to refresh your skills? Our 5th-12th Grade Prep Series can help! This is a high paced, high repetition environment focusing on skill correction & execution to master core skills. Game play drilling & competition are also included to learn the why, when, and where of offense, defense, free-ball systems in a match setting.

Our players are divided by age & skill level to ensure skill & drill training continuity while training at the appropriate pace and intensity. Movement to a different court should be expected as athletes increase their skill levels.

Looking to get your athlete started in volleyball? We are proud to offer K-2nd, 2nd-4th and 5th-12th Grade Grassroots Programs! NKYVC is an innovator in this specialized fundamental training, beginning our Grassroots Programs over 24 years ago. Our goal is to:

• Provide volleyball skills & general athletic principles to athletes
• Introduce NKYVC-specific training to new athletes and/or players considering joining USAV teams
• Develop a pipeline of trained athletes to our USAV Travel Teams
