COMPETITIVE LEAGUE TEAMS (CLT) (NON TRAVEL FEB-EARLY MAY)
PODS FORMAT: TRAINING AND LEAGUE COMPETITION DAYS
Our Competitive League Teams (CLT) is non-traveling. This is a high paced, high repetition environment focusing on skill correction and execution to master each of the core skills (position training, passing setting, attacking, serving). Athletes will also learn the why, when/where of offense and defense, and free-ball systems in a match setting.
PRACTICES: MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS BEGINNING FEB AND EXTENDING UNTIL FIRST WEEKEND IN MAY.
11U - 12U: 4:15 - 5:45
13U - 14U: 6:00 - 7:30
15U - 17U: 7:45 - 9:15

IRISH DIG: USA SANCTIONED TOURNAMENT IN MARCH - IRISH DIG
STORM STAKES: USA SANCTIONED TOURNAMENT TO END SEASON FIRST WEEKEND IN MAY .
FEES: Approx. $700 plus uniform package
All competitions take place at TC Athletic Center, 106 Crossing Drive, Wilder, KY.
All players interested in a CLT team must attend the CLT tryout for your age group unless placed on a team at the travel team tryouts. If you are trying out for a travel team, do not register for the CLT tryout until you know you did not make a travel team as there will be no refunds. You will not be turned away from the CLT tryout.

PRE SEASON TUNE UP CLINICS
Pre Season Tune Up Clinics are not required but highly encouraged. The girls will learn the drills and what is expected at the tryouts so that they can focus on performing their best instead of trying to figure out the specific dills. Attend one or all.

NOTE: If you are also trying out for a travel team, do not register for the CLT until you know if you have made a travel team or not. There are no refunds.
WHAT DOES MY CLT TEAM FEE INCLUDE?
- Coaching & Court Time
- (2) 1.5 hour practices per week
- (2) In-house NKYVC Competition Dates
- (2) USA Sanctioned Events (TBA)
Note: Purchase of a uniform package is required. CLT requires a USA Volleyball Registration after acceptance for tryout membership ($10). NKYVC pays the upgraded fee upon acceptance.
Refunds: There are NO REFUNDS unless your player can be replaced in the program. If replaced, a refund will be issued but you will be charged a $100 fee for dropping after acceptance. No refunds will be issued after August 30th for any 13U - 17U players.
