2025 COMPETITIVE LEAGUE TEAMS (CLT) - NON TRAVEL FEB. 3 -APRIL 23TH

NEW COMPETITIVE LEAGUE TEAM PROCEDURES FOR 2025.

 

CLT  TRYOUTS: $25 per tryout

For the 2025 CLT season there will be no early pre-registration.  The altering of the travel team tryout dates has afforded other opportunities for the formation of our CLT.

 

At the travel team tryouts we will form the four travel teams plus the CLT Red team.  There will  be declines so positions may still be available for the Red team.

 

If you are trying out for a travel team do not register for the CLT tryout until you know you did not make a travel team.  There will be no refunds.  You will not be turned away from the CLT tryout.

 

All players interested in a CLT team must attend the CLT tryout for your age group unless placed on a team at the travel team tryouts.  All teams will be formed at this time.

PODS FORMAT: TRAINING AND LEAGUE COMPETITION DAYS  

This is a high paced, high repetition environment focusing on skill correction and execution to master each of the core skills (position training, passing, setting, attacking, serving) including the why, when and where of offense, defense, free-ball systems in a match setting.  

 

For over 29 years our proven training atmosphere has produced the top volleyball athletes in Greater Cincinnati.  It starts with a solid foundation of FUNDAMENTAL TECHNIQUE TRAINING..it's what we do best at NKYVC!!

 

$650 FEE INCLUDES:

  • Coaching & Court Time

  • 2 (1 1/2 hour) practices a week

  • 2 in house NKYVC competition dates versus other NKYVC league teams 

  • 2 USA Tourney (TENTATIVE DATES:  MID MARCH AND  SATURDAY APRIL 19th (11U-13U) or SUNDAY APRIL 20st (14U - 18U)

 

NOTE:  PURCHASE OF A UNIFORM PACKAGE IS REQUIRED. 2025 UNIFORMS WILL BE THE SAME AS LAST SEASON.  
 

NOTE:  REQUIRES USA VOLLEYBALL REGISTRATION AFTER ACCEPTANCE FOR TRYOUT MEMBERSHIP ($10.00).   NKYVC PAYS THE UPGRADE FEE UPON ACCEPTANCE.

NOTE:  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS UNLESS YOUR PLAYER CAN BE REPLACED IN THE PROGRAM.  IF REPLACED, REFUND LESS A $25 FEE IS CHARGED FOR DROPPING AFTER ACCEPTANCE.    ANY DROPS AFTER AUGUST 1ST, REFUND LESS  $100 ADMIN FEE IF PLAYER IS REPLACED.  NO REFUNDS AFTER AUGUST 30th.
